Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been installed or used
Return Process
- Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@stiebel-eltron.co.za or call 012 345 6789 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Packaging and Shipping
- Securely package the product in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the proof of purchase and the RA number inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds

- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.
- Refund Method
